Every day, we have the opportunity to support the goals of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department while meeting the professional and personal needs of the city’s first responders.

OUR MISSION
The mission of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation is to elevate and support Atlanta's growing fire and emergency response ecosystem by providing the funding, resources, and development necessary to enhance the personal and professional lives of Atlanta firefighters.

BRAVEST OF THE BRAVE OBSTACLE CHALLENGE
The Bravest of the Brave Obstacle Challenge invites the community to experience the physical demands of the fire service by completing firefighter-inspired challenges while celebrating and supporting Atlanta’s first responders.

FIREFIGHTER 5K
The Firefighter 5K is an annual, family-friendly community event that brings together runners, walkers, firefighters, and supporters to honor service, remember sacrifice, and promote health and wellness during the September 11 commemorative weekend. Participants of all ages are invited to run alongside firefighters and residents from across the region, while supporting the mission of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation.

The Red Affair is the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation’s signature gala, bringing together civic leaders, corporate partners, philanthropists, and community supporters for an elegant evening celebrating Atlanta’s first responders. Guests are invited to don their finest red attire in honor of the brave men and women of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department while investing in programs that strengthen those who protect and serve our city.
